Happy Birthday Annie
Happy 28th birthday Annie. I love you and I miss you. mom
I'm bad with words, I never, ever say the right things, but my intentions are good. So I just say I'm sorry. Happy Birthday. I can feel your love and pain all the way in Michigan and I've never met you, she can feel it. I know it.
My yoga teacher told me that where he grew up, the custom is to honor the mother of whomever is having a birthday. You send gifts, thanks, and best wishes to the woman who gave this person life and taught them about love.
Dearest Jenn, Your photo is full of radiance, a wonderful word (thank you to Odd Chick). Annie helped to make you radiant while she lived, and you continue to grow in radiance. She lives on inside you, you have absorbed her, and her brilliant light adds to your own. You aren't diminished without her. You are doubled now, radiance times two. Sending love and hugs to you.
