Once in a Blue Moon

Once in a blue moon you get to bring in the New Year in a place like this. my hubby and I spent the night out here. It was great. It just doesn't get any better than this. (except that I DO know the true meaning of freezing my ass off, the out house was a bit breezy!)
Happy 2010 everyone ! Thank you for a great year of blogging!

Why is there a telephone booth out in the woods? Did you need to order up some pizza or something?

I really enjoyed your photos. The depth of the snow and the color of the light remind me so much of my 2 winters in Vermont. I'm glad you got your new year off to a good start. I wish you a very happy new year!

LOL @ what the Walking Man commented!

I am glad you got to start of your New Year this way (I guess anyone's ass would freeze in these conditions!)

My hubby would love everything but the wood burning fireplace, his asthma would be too much problem. Otherwise it all looks great. We would love to live "out there" like that.

oh Walking Man, hilarious! Beautiful place there, beautiful dog! Seriously, I'd rather use that outhouse this time of year as opposed during the heat of the summer when there is odors, flys and spiders!
